</i></p><p>The Financial &amp; Operations Analyst will be responsible for a diverse range of financial and operational tasks, ensuring the organization&rsquo;s assets, compliance requirements, and operational processes are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><b>
Fixed Asset Management</b> &ndash; Maintain accurate records of all company assets, oversee asset additions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.</li><li><b>
Bank Covenant Calculation</b> &ndash; Prepare and maintain financial covenant calculations to ensure compliance with lender requirements.</li><li><b>
Fleet Management</b> &ndash; Coordinate vehicle purchases/leases, repairs, and maintenance schedules; maintain fleet records.</li><li><b>
Business Registration &amp; Licensing</b> &ndash; Work with the company&rsquo;s registered agent to ensure all business registrations and licenses remain current.</li><li><b>
Install Quote Approval</b> &ndash; Review and approve installation quotes in accordance with company policies and budget guidelines.</li><li><b>
Cash Flow Forecasting</b> &ndash; Prepare and maintain a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast, identifying trends and cash requirements.</li><li><b>
Bank Reconciliations</b> &ndash; Perform reconciliations for five bank accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.</li><li><b>
Budget Support</b> &ndash; Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and analysis of annual budgets.</li><li><b>
Audit Support</b> &ndash; Provide required documentation and assistance during financial audits.</li></ul><p><b>

Financial & Operations Analyst

<div><p>This position requires a trustworthy and versatile technical individual with a background in telecommunications, computer systems, general repair, maintenance, and system support. This position will provide customer service relative to inmate technologies to include phones, video visitation systems, inmate tablets, and other telecom repairs as well as be responsible for data entry as required. Preferred experience includes telecom wiring, computer maintenance &amp; repair, general mechanical aptitude, and software applications. The individual must be able to work on their own within correctional facilities across the assign region while interacting with customers, employees, and partners daily. The incumbent will maintain a high level of ongoing effective communication with correctional facility personnel to assure quality customer service is being provided to all customers and issues are being resolved in a timely manner.</p><p>
1. Troubleshooting, correcting, and servicing issues with inmate technology systems.<br>
2. Maintain, repair, and operate the onsite telecommunications hardware, networking hardware/software, access points, various electronic equipment and wiring at all assigned correctional facilities.<br>
3. Addressing basic telephone repair and maintenance needs of the facility<br>
4. Meeting all service requirements as set forth by the customer contract.<br>
5. Building and maintaining working relationships with the facility personnel and customer contacts. Interfacing with all correctional personnel, various vendors, and contractors to resolve all onsite technical problems.<br>
6. Monitoring time and controlling service-related expenses<br>
7. Delivering services in a timely and effective manner to ensure optimal system performance resulting in highly satisfied customers.<br>
8. Provide onsite instruction and training for site personnel, as necessary.<br>
9. Assist the tablet administrator with site tablet duties, as necessary.<br>
10. Safely drive company or personal vehicle to various facilities throughout the assigned state.</p><div><div><div><p>
Minimum Qualification Requirements
</p></div><div><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience in telecommunications &ndash; including installation, repair, and troubleshooting of various inmate communication systems (inmate telephones, video visitation systems, TTY or VRS Units, and Wi-Fi/Access Points)
</p></li><li><p>2 years of experience with computer / network installation and repair. Knowledge of VLAN, advanced knowledge of network configurations, telecom and VOIP a plus.

</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or GED. Some college courses preferred.
