Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with the recruitment process: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.</li><li>Help coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.</li><li>Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.</li><li>Handle basic employee queries under supervision.</li><li>Participate in policy review and documentation processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality protocols.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive inf</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;5,000.00 - &#8377;8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
