If you&rsquo;ve ever paused a TikTok mid-scroll to analyze why it didn&rsquo;t pop, and rewrote the hook in your head &mdash; you're probably our kind of person.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Build and lead the social media team from zero to legendary.</li><li>Own and drive the full social roadmap &mdash; from daily posts to quarterly campaigns.</li><li>Design a scalable creative ops system for asset development, reviews, and publishing.</li><li>Translate brand tone and voice into native content for every relevant platform: IG, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, Discord, and emerging spaces.</li><li>Develop influencer and UGC strategies that feel like collaboration, not transactions.</li><li>Identify, jump on, and create trends &mdash; faster than the algorithm can.</li><li>Build community systems that blur the line between content, conversation, and culture.</li><li>Report on performance weekly, with both metrics and meaning: what worked, why it did, and what&rsquo;s next.</li><li>Collaborate with the founders, creative team, and across the company to ensure the brand voice is consistent &mdash; and constantly evolving.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>A proven social strategist who&rsquo;s scaled brands, built teams, and launched campaigns that moved culture &mdash; not just racked up views.</li><li>Deeply fluent in memes, motion, marketing, and momentum.</li><li>Passionate about analytics and obsessed with testing.</li><li>Confident presenting ideas &mdash; and defending them with logic and results.</li><li>Not afraid of sweat equity. You want the shot, not just the salary.</li><li>Detail-oriented. You give a sh*t about thumbnails, captions, cropping, and copy.</li><li>Equally creative and operational &mdash; you love both storytelling and systems.</li><li>Comfortable moving fast in industries that live in the gray: disruptive, regulated, and evolving.</li><li>Culturally literate and subculture fluent &mdash; you can spot what&rsquo;s brewing online before it goes mainstream.</li></ul>We Need ProofWe&rsquo;re looking for leaders, not posters.
