<div>Job Summary: We're looking for a driven, competitive, and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. This role is built for someone looking to break into B2B sales, while gaining experience in SaaS, compliance and direct consulting services.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Kick off the sales cycle by generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting.</li><li>
Research and engage decision-makers at target accounts</li><li>
Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities</li><li>
Utilize technology to prioritize prospects, streamline outreach, and grow your pipeline</li><li>
Trust proven strategies to manage prospects and gain new business</li><li>
Attend conferences to promote solutions and prospect new leads</li><li>
Consistently track activity and progress toward weekly and monthly goals</li></ul>
Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>
Strong communication and client-facing skills</li><li>
Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient</li><li>
A clear and confident communicator who can adapt to different audiences</li><li>
Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA or similar regulations is preferred</li><li>
Experience using technology-based lead systems: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, etc.</li><li>
Must be highly organized and capable of managing a large, ever-changing sales funnel</li><li>
Able to meet deadlines, work independently, as well as in a team environment</li><li>
Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze systems and data and suggest appropriate solutions</li></ul>
