Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a Service Dispatcher. As a Service Dispatcher, you will be responsible for maintaining an efficient workflow in the shop. You will dispatch work to the appropriate technicians based on skill level while ensuring promise times are met. You must master time management, multitasking, and adjusting jobs on the fly.

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Assign repair orders to technician team leaders based on availability
</li><li>Making sure repair orders are dispatched and completed as efficiently as possible.</li>
<li>Log all work assigned to technician team leads</li>
<li>Keeping up to date with all Lexus recalls, service bulletins, and related training requirements.</li>
<li>Contact necessary channels when any shop equipment needs repairs</li>
<li>Making sure all service advisors and service technicians adhere to Lexus policy to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the shop managers and service manager.</li>
<li>Keep a consistent, clear line of communication between Advisors, Techs, and management.</li></ul> 


Requirements
<ul>
<li>Prior Automotive Dealership experience/knowledge is a must.</li>
<li>Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the USA</li>
<li>Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record</li></ul>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Examine and diagnose vehicles</li>
<li>Discuss repairs with the shop foreman or service advisor</li>
<li>Communicate additional service requests to a service advisor</li>
<li>Plan work procedures in cooperation with the shop foreman</li>
<li>Provide labor time estimates to a service advisor</li>
<li>Monitor repair time and update the service advisor regularly</li>
<li>Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation</li>
<li>Complete story and documentation for client repairs</li>
<li>Assist in mentoring technician trainees</li>
<li>Attend company and factory training</li>
<li>Keep current with factory technical bulletins</li>
<li>Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste)</li>
<li>Must keep the vehicle you are working on clean and free of grease and oil</li>
<li>Applies proper use of PPE and adheres to safety standards in the shop environment.</li></ul> 


Requirements

<li>One-three years of related experience and training</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the USA</li>

Responsibilities

<li>Own the lead pipeline by proactively identifying opportunities using data mining tools such as vAuto reports, CRM systems, and engage opportunities from internal inbound referrals from our sales and service teams.</li>
<li>Excellent lead handling by responding quickly and effectively to leads, keeping prospects engaged through consistent follow-up via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.</li>
<li>Data-Driven prospecting by using third-party tools and customer data to uncover equity positions, upgrade opportunities, and acquisition targets.</li>
<li>Persuasive customer engagement by building trust quickly, confidently communicating value, and guiding customers through the vehicle selling and appraisal process clearly explaining the process and benefits of selling their vehicle to the dealership.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the Used Car Manager to align acquisition efforts with inventory goals focusing on high-demand vehicles and maximizing profitability.</li>
<li>Gather and input accurate vehicle and customer data into tools such as AccuTrade and vAuto; review service history reports confirming completed inspections, CARFAX history and ensure appraisal details reflect the actual condition of the vehicle to support accurate appraisal decisions.</li>
<li>Consistent customer follow-up, maintaining discipline through follow-up processes to re-engage leads and maximize acquisition opportunities.</li>
<li>Deliver a friendly, upbeat, and professional customer experience. Demonstrate strong attention to detail including handling all purchase paperwork and ensuring timely resolution of any post-sale payments to maintain customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Participate in daily/weekly meetings to track performance metrics to plan activities and continuously refine your approach and strategies.</li>

Requirements

<li>Proven strength in lead handling, prospecting, or data-driven sales/outreach</li>
<li>Experience using or quickly learning CRM and data mining tools (eLeads, experience a plus!)</li>
<li>Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence decisions and overcome objections</li>
<li>Outgoing, gregarious personality were you thrive on connecting with people and starting conversations</li>
<li>Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail</li>
