We're looking for a social media savant to build our online communities and turn scrollers into buyers.The Role: We need a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to own our presence on Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram) and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns that generate excitement, capture high-quality leads, and sell properties. You are equal parts strategist, creator, and community manager.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.</li><li>Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, stories, reels, copy).</li><li>Write captivating, on-brand copy that speaks to our target audience of buyers and investors.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including community engagement, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering a positive community.</li><li>Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including budget management, audience targeting, and A/B testing.</li><li>Analyze key metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, using data to refine strategy and prove ROI.</li><li>Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes, especially in the short-form video space.</li></ul>What We're Looking For (Requirements):<ul><li>Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, with a focus on Meta Business Suite and TikTok for Business.</li><li>Proven experience running paid social media ad campaigns and familiarity with pixels, conversion tracking, and ROAS.</li><li>Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.</li><li>A deep understanding of what performs well on each platform and why.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.</li><li>Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brands online.</li><li>Highly organised and able to manage a content calendar effectively.</li></ul>Bonus Points If You Have:<ul><li>Experience marketing real estate, luxury goods, or high-consideration products.</li><li>Experience with social media management tools like Later, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are a creative-driven team looking for a visual storyteller to bring our projects to life.The Role: We are seeking a multi-skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to become our visual expert. You will be the architect of our brand's aesthetic, creating stunning, high-converting visual content that makes our properties irresistible.
