 SHEIN is hiring the Logistics Last Mile Manager based in Bellevue for the Logistics Operations team. The logistics team is a group of leaders who are driven to provide excellent services for our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and in the most cost-effective way possible. We are looking for creative leaders with a passion for highly complex challenges, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks/opportunities, and daily change control management. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive interaction skills are essential. To be successful in the role, you need strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to influence across business functions and manage stakeholders&rsquo; expectations effectively. This position will support the US logistics last mile operations management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and manage all aspects of last mile logistics operations, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery to customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage performance scorecards and KPIs to monitor operations and drive continuous improvements in delivery speed, accuracy, carrier performance, and customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design data-driven solutions and maintain a balanced carrier network to enhance competition, optimize routing, and ensure service and cost efficiency while mitigating risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams&mdash;including Operations, Last Mile Carriers, Customs Brokers, Sales, and HQ&mdash;to ensure last mile strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with suppliers, and vendors to proactively address and escalate delivery challenges while monitoring and analyzing logistics operations for quality, timeliness, and cost, ensuring alignment with P90 goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present regular reports and recommendations to management on operational performance, carrier effectiveness, and cost savings opportunities.
 </li>

 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree and above in logistics/warehousing/supply chain and other majors are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 6+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics management, or last mile operations; familiarity with U.S. logistics and supply chain operations preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize competing deliverables effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong people partnership skills with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong technical proficiency with the ability to manipulate spreadsheets, analyze large datasets, and perform deep-dive analysis to drive insights and decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tools; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient oral and written communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Pay: $100,000 min. - $160,000 annually, plus, bonus.

 Actively communicate with suppliers to align them with internal processes, including SKC creation, pricing, order fulfillment, product listing, and quality assurance. Handle system usage, shipment, and payment issues, guiding suppliers to leverage internal tools and resources to boost sales.

 Product Development &amp; Trend Management:
 
 Oversee product development from concept to launch. Develop trend-driven products via OD/ODM models and ensure product visuals and content meet high-quality standards.

 Analyze sales and inventory performance to improve product success. Actively manage vendor performance and optimize KPIs to drive business growth.

 Cooperate smoothly with suppliers, prevent potential conflicts, and maintain productive supplier relationships under pressure.
