Talent Pool - Marketplace

 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Oversee administrative operations for all warehouses (including administrative &amp; material management, apartment/shuttle services, cultural activities, etc.). Develop administrative plans and ensure their implementation.
 
 
 2. Establish administrative standards, processes, and systems. Drive the execution of management standards, create monitoring mechanisms, and propose improvement plans based on performance.
 
 
 3. Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse material processes, including receipt inspection, inbound/outbound logistics, borrowing/returning, and transfer handovers. Ensure all materials meet on-site requirements and support operational needs.
 
 
 4. Manage public affairs for all warehouse sites. Handle government relations, organize visitor receptions and events, and maintain positive public relations for the company and park.
 
 
 5. Manage visa suppliers, and manage the preparation and follow-up of visa applications for locally recruited employees.
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 7 years of experience in a comparable position, experience in the e-commerce warehousing related industry is preferred;
 
 
 2. Familiar with the various modules of administrative operations, knowledgeable about the components of administrative costs in warehousing and logistics, and have some experience in building standard systems;
 
 
 3. Strong data logic processing and analysis capabilities, highly data-sensitive, adept at identifying and driving solutions to problems;
 
 
 4. Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills, possess good stress tolerance, a strong sense of responsibility, and a service-oriented mindset;
 
 
 5. Proficient in office software, familiar with common Excel functions and PPT chart production.

 Structure, draft and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial agreements including those relating to marketing, brand collaboration, warehouse and logistics and drafting B2C terms and conditions.

 Help to support and learn from the senior lawyers in the team whilst working and managing external counsel in multiple jurisdictions.

 Manage and stay on top of regulatory compliance matters and related filings.

 Conduct legal research for matters relating to Middle Eastern laws.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the protection and enforcement of the company&rsquo;s intellectual property rights across relevant markets.

 What We're Looking For
