 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 1. Schedule team attendance based on operational workload.
 
 
 2. Facilitate communication between upstream and downstream processes, assign tasks according to departmental needs, and ensure operational targets are met.
 
 
 3. Supervise on-site operations of all groups within the assigned process to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
 
 
 4. Implement and refine the 6S inspection system, oversee 6S maintenance and implementation within the process, and assist the supervisor in promoting lean manufacturing concepts.
 
 
 5. Monitor and improve process efficiency, and assist the department supervisor with other departmental tasks.
 
 
 6. Provide on-site guidance and training to team members, and conduct performance evaluations based on team output.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 1. Education: College diploma or above.
 
 
 2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with background in supply chain/warehouse logistics preferred.
 
 
 3. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
 
 
 4. Competencies: Strong team player with a sense of responsibility, quick learning ability, excellent verbal and written communication skills, diligence, compliance with management directives, strong execution capability, and no detrimental habits.
 
 
 5. Special Requirement: Willing and able to work alternating day/night shifts.
