Role Overview
Rashpetco/Burullus is seeking an experienced Senior PACO Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. This role is integral to ensuring technical excellence in Process Automation, Control, and Optimisation across our offshore and onshore facilities. The PACO will report to Rashpetco Technical Managers and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver engineering solutions aligned with our integrity and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Lead PACO engineering activities and deliverables for brownfield projects and plant modifications.
</li><li>Provide PACO support for all Management of Change (MOC) processes related to existing facilities.
</li><li>Guide and oversee instrument engineers within the engineering organisation (Shell secondee and contractors).
</li><li>Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews (HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL) and ensure closure of PACO-related actions.
</li><li>Collaborate with third-party engineering contractors on FEED and Detailed Engineering Design deliverables.
</li><li>Review PACO design packages , including alarm management, PCD-IT security, and F&amp;G mapping , ensuring compliance and action closure.

</li><li>Provide troubleshooting and technical support for measurement and instrumentation equipment.

<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Instrumentation, Control, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in PACO engineering within the upstream oil and gas sector.

The Reporting Analyst will focus on operational excellence in the delivery of the process. Role Overview
Rashpetco/Burullus is seeking an Experienced Process Technical Authority &ndash; Gas Processing with a minimum of 13 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector . This role combines technical leadership with hands-on process engineering , supporting the Engineering and Brownfield Team in optimising and troubleshooting gas processing systems, including compressors, relief systems, pumps, air coolers, tanks, offsites , and other essential process equipment.
As a Process Technical Authority , you will be responsible for the technical governance, assurance, and sign-off of process engineering deliverables, while also directly performing complex engineering activities . You will mentor and approve the work of other engineers, particularly those from JV partners, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
