What's the role
This role of Engineer / Associate Engineer &ndash; IAPS is Scheduling Maintenance activities, managing work overdue and backlogs, managing schedule changes, monitoring the work progress, and updating the schedule, measuring the compliance and report.
What you'll be doing
<ul><li>Develop comprehensive plant maintenance schedules in Primavera P6 with look ahead and catch-up schedules (as applicable) with optimization and allocation of the resources (man, materials &amp; machines/tools).
</li><li>Assure the equipment maintenance activities are planned, scheduled, and executed within latest allowable finish dates, manage maintenance overdue and backlogs with approved mitigation measures.
</li><li>Integration of different schedules (vendor schedule, mobilization schedule, material availability schedules) to make a master schedule and periodic update of the same in Primavera P6.
</li><li>Assign schedule baselines, update the activity progress, prepare, and analyze the KPIs.
</li><li>Enable the assigned operating units, and its on-site employees in producing and compiling high value maintenance information and data, as measured by improvement trends in data quality.
</li><li>Maintenance, assurance, technical support, and standardization of technical data and documents of the operating units. Includes site engagement &amp; leadership on technical &amp; tools forums.
</li><li>Analyze technical data and documents and processes by working with engineering, maintenance, operations, and project teams &amp; partners of respective OUs.
</li><li>Understanding the functions of the various equipment and instruments and thorough knowledge of reading/interpreting engineering drawings (P&amp;IDs, PEFS, PFDs).
</li></ul>What you bring
<ul><li>Preferably with a University Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Production/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering.
</li><li>Proven field experience in maintenance, troubleshooting knowledge of static and rotating industrial equipment.
</li><li>Preferably with at least 2years to 10 years of overall working experience in Oil &amp; Gas/ Refinery/ Petrochemicals Industry
</li><li>Experience in Scheduling day-to-day preventive maintenance, corrective/ predictive maintenance/ major and minor Plant Turnarounds/Shutdowns/
</li><li>Resource allocation and leveling, baselining, progress updates, reporting, manpower planning and allocation.
</li><li>Understanding the safety requirements and risk assessment.
</li><li>Experience in technical data and documents management including processes and tools.

The Senior Credit Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end credit/collections operations for the Credit Operations process of India. Primary process covered will be Debt collections with wider linkages to Credits, Cash Allocation, Cash Application and Debt Recovery.
 
This role provides support to the Debt Management Lead with regards to E2E DC management for the country engaging with business stakeholders and overall responsible of the performance of the country&rsquo;s KPIs.
 
 
Manage Debt Collections:
<ul><li>A Senior credit analyst is a professional who is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from those who owe
</li><li>Establishment of appropriate order release support with necessary MOA and the analysis of the overall credit exposure where needed.
</li><li>Solve problems quickly and create resolutions that bring in revenue on a regular basis
</li><li>Work closely with team members to create ways to bring in cash quickly and find success as a group

As part of the Lubricants Americas Supply Chain Optimization and Projects organization, this team will drive world class Sales and Operations Planning for North and South America lubricant supply chain network across multiple sales channels (B2B, B2C, Indirect, Retail). The broad product portfolio includes fast-moving consumer goods, products exclusively developed for key customers, and specialty products with niche applications.
What&rsquo;s the role?
The Demand Planner and the S&amp;OE planner are responsible for forecasting demand for the Lubricants Americas business.
<ul><li>Develop forecast models for effective management of the American portfolio of several thousand finished good SKUs.
</li><li>Build relationships with assigned sales channels to deeply understand business strategy and risked opportunity pipeline and incorporate into the forecast.
</li><li>Understand and quantify the impacts of sales and marketing initiatives and incorporate into the forecast view.
</li><li>Produce a risked volume and value forecast using qualitative and quantitative inputs.
</li><li>Drive continuous improvement to improve forecast accuracy.
</li><li>Develop alternate strategies to ensure the end to end enterprise profit is achieve as per plan

Mandatory Qualifications:
<ul><li>At least 3+ years&rsquo; experience with forecasting including leveraging statistical modeling and analytics. (Demand planning or supply chain analytics experience is a strong plus.)
</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with experience balancing competing priorities and delivering to challenging deadlines.
</li><li>Experience in SAP or other Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain planning software is a plus.

Role Overview
Rashpetco/Burullus is seeking an experienced Senior PACO Engineer with 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry. This role is integral to ensuring technical excellence in Process Automation, Control, and Optimisation across our offshore and onshore facilities.
