What&rsquo;s the role?
As Supply Chain Lead Projects, you will work closely with asset, project, and Supply Chain colleagues to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of materials, equipment, and services from third-party suppliers across Shell LNG operations. Shell LNG is a global leader in LNG production, marketing, and supply, providing approximately one-fifth of the world&rsquo;s LNG and playing a critical role in global energy security and the energy transition.
You will support Shell&rsquo;s Goal Zero ambition with a strong focus on Contractor Safety Management, business safety, and sustainable procurement practices. You will create and lead collaborative Contract Management Teams, delivering sourcing and contracting strategies aligned with business objectives across greenfield and brownfield projects, including capacity expansion at the Hazira LNG Terminal.
Moreover, you will partner with the global Supply Chain organization to leverage enterprise-scale capabilities, best practices, and category strategies, while ensuring sourcing activities align with Shell&rsquo;s commitments to DEI, social performance, Local Content, and Indigenous participation.
What you&rsquo;ll be doing
<ul><li>Support all ongoing greenfield and brownfield projects, including capacity expansion projects at the Hazira site.
</li><li>Manage the execution of the complete Category Management &amp; Contracting Process (CMCP), including contract strategy, tactics, and contract management activities for the assigned portfolio.
</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders during the pre-award phase to develop and execute procurement strategies that maximize value.
</li><li>Work with internal and external stakeholders during the post-award phase to ensure delivery of maximum value from awarded contracts.
</li><li>Manage the end-to-end supply chain in collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, and Materials Management.
</li><li>Ensure procurement of OEM spares as per specifications and delivery timelines.
</li><li>Explore possibilities of using Enterprise Framework Agreements where feasible and cost-effective.
</li><li>Review contract scope, conduct vendor evaluations, and manage the tendering process to finalize fit-for-purpose contracts.
</li><li>Ensure post-award contract management for timely completion in line with scope and Shell HSE standards.
</li><li>Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure uninterrupted provision of services.
</li><li>Ensure procurement and contracting comply with Shell CMCP policies, Supply Chain Charter, HSE, Code of Ethics, and business principles.

Global Space Planning (GSP) is a center of excellence for space planning, category analytics and operational excellence solutions for the Mobility and Convenience business at Shell. The Rotating Equipment Technician is part of the Central Maintenance Team and is responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities in accordance with the AMS ME Process for the Pearl GTL Complex.
The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining critical rotating equipment according to approved maintenance strategies, procedures, and work instructions. This ensures the availability and integrity of Rotating equipment and systems, in alignment with the company's requirements.
What you&rsquo;ll be doing
The Rotating Equipment Technician role is crucial to the Pearl GTL Asset organization, ensuring that Central Maintenance delivers according to plan. Compliance with the company's Code of Conduct, procedures, and Permit to Work are mandatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include executing maintenance jobs on time, safely, and with high quality while driving continuous improvement. Accountabilities also include:
<ul><li>Diagnose and resolve complex issues, non-compliance, and overhaul large and small rotating equipment; troubleshoot and maintain dry gas seals &amp; wet Seals, white metal bearings, and mechanical transmission assemblies.
</li><li>Perform cold/hot alignment on-site; inspect gas turbines (CI/HGPI/Major) and steam turbines (Minor/Major); commission and test rotating equipment; check shafts, stator/rotor, and bearing clearances.
</li><li>Establish job plans, cost estimates, and durations; compile maintenance and integrity activity plans; identify spare parts requirements and update re-order quantities; manage contract services.
</li><li>Specify controls for engineering hazards; modify plant systems per approved change requests; interpret technical drawings, OEM manuals, and standards; apply correct tools and precision measuring instruments.

As Shell Turkey, we have an ambition to deliver strong growth in our non-fuel business which mainly consist of Shell Select Markets and Lubricants. Currently we have more than 1000 Select Shops in our Shell sites where we are offering our private label deli2go cold and hot sandwiches, fresh hot and ice coffee, fresh foods, cold press and organic juices, chocolates and wafers, nuts as differentiator range. Regarding coffee business, we have partnerships with Kahve Dunyası and Starbucks, in addition to deli2go PL coffee.
deli2go coffee is a crucial customer offer for Shell Selects. On the go Coffee is a very detailed business that requires close operational follow-up, strong communication with field team, contracting and procurement team, marketing team and suppliers, hands on operational focus, fast customer &amp; dealer response for problems in the sites. This role is required a resilient, professional delivery orientation to manage different levels of organization, stakeholders and work complexity including sales and operation teams, coffee machine service providers, coffee bean an perishables providers, Shell dealers, format, marketing communications, etc.
Understanding of Coffee machines&rsquo; service requirements, ability to follow new trends, technological developments, customer expectations and turn them into commercial benefit is also needed for this position. It is also preferred that the candidate has a passion for overall coffee business and has relevant past experience.

</li></ul>Accountabilities
<ul><li>Contributing and executing end to end coffee growth strategy with a solid and clear plan.
</li><li>Generating annual coffee business agenda including new offers, expansion plans, operational improvements, tendering or contracting processes, etc in line with growth strategy.
</li><li>Support CR Category Team Lead, CR Operations &amp; Format &amp; Supply Chain teams in coffee business.
</li><li>Act as a problem solver to field teams when there is interruption in coffee supply to customer due to machinery/other operational issues.
</li><li>Improve operational excellence in Select network for coffee business.
</li><li>Act to customers &amp; dealers&rsquo; problems in an agile way, with fast response.
</li><li>Further improvement of customer journey &amp; dealer satisfaction with current suppliers.
</li><li>Managing stocks for beans, cups, perishables, flavors with related parties &amp; manage orders.
</li><li>Managing 3rd party logistics and warehouse operations of coffee beans, cups, perishables, flavors through service providers.
</li><li>Ensuring compliant contract management including Shell dealers&rsquo; and suppliers contracting and invoicing processes.
</li><li>Following waste of perishables and beans in coffee operation, generating required regular reporting to field team and CR team. Planning and taking preventive actions to ensure and run in best-in-class operational level.
</li><li>Manage suppliers with CP, related to all aspects of the coffee &amp; deli2go business: beans, perishables, technical etc.
</li><li>Planning and contributing to annual Capex &amp; Opex budget in line with growth strategy.
</li><li>Preparing and managing machinery park of coffee &amp; ice machines and other supporting assets. Aligning on annual company and dealer machine requirements with suppliers and ensuring smooth investing process without and stock outs or delays in machine supply.
</li><li>Regularly searching better cost &amp; operation solutions, suppliers, systems with contracting and procurement team.
</li><li>Plan &amp; execute tasting activities with suppliers for new offers and flavors.
</li><li>Understand deli2go category dynamics &amp; trends to launch new SKUs within competition.
</li><li>Travelling and visiting Shell Select stores regularly to ensure delivering prominent level of operational excellence and customer journey in the field.
</li><li>Having an external lens and mindset and a supporting can-do attitude to improve new offers, recipes, way of workings to create better customer journey, improve customer satisfaction and increase the total customer value.
