Job Responsibilities
This position provides support to students including but not limited to, hands-on technical assistance and training for workstation/Chromebook use. Supervises and assists students with Shen accounts and student portal accounts and use of Google Apps for Education, including Google drive and Google classroom. Responsible for maintaining and inventory of technology equipment, including annual distribution and collection of Chromebooks. Coordinates with IMS to troubleshoot user, hardware, software, and network issues. Assists staff with scheduling classes and testing in the computer lab and Chromebook care center. Maintains a safe learning environment, modeling appropriate skills and use of technology equipment, and assisting with classroom work. Preferred work experience with Google Apps for Education, Microsoft programs, and internet usage.
Compensation &amp; Benefits
Step 1 ($20.72/hr) - Step 5 ($23.23/hr)

Certifications/Qualifications
Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma (GED) and experience with youth preferred. Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and administration. Exhibit good judgment, mental alertness, tact and courtesy. Physical condition commensurate with the responsibilities of the position.
