Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices. This role requires hands-on experience in residential projects, demonstrating proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Carpenter/Laborer will contribute to a variety of tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.Duties<ul><li>Perform frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation tasks.</li><li>Execute concrete forming, plastering, and stucco work as needed.</li><li>Engage in roofing, siding, and flooring installation projects.</li><li>Conduct water damage restoration and mold remediation efforts.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for accurate project execution.</li><li>Utilize hand tools and power tools for fabrication and assembly tasks.</li><li>Install fixtures, doors, and perform caulking duties.</li><li>Assist with heavy lifting and moving materials on construction sites.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in construction or the restoration industry is preferred.</li><li>Strong skills in woodworking, metal/wood framing, and remodeling are advantageous.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.</li><li>A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
