Annual Performance Reviews</li><li>

Paid Time Off - SOV employees begin accumulating paid time off (PTO) hours immediately.</li><li>
Paid Holidays - SOV recognizes 7 paid holidays; those who work a holiday are paid double time. In the third year of service all employees are paid for their birthday and choice of floating holiday.</li><li>

Student Loan Forgiveness up to $2500 paid out over 4 years.</li><li>
Partnership with Ohio University - SOV employees are eligible for a 5% discount for undergraduate programs, and 10% for graduate programs.</li><li>

Dietary Aide Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assists cooks with preparation of meals following federal, state and local regulations.</li><li>
Serves residents meals in a timely fashion.</li><li>
Works well in a team environment.</li><li>
Maintains kitchen standards and expectations.</li><li>
Delivers and picks-up tray carts to dining area for meal service.</li><li>
Performs dish-washing procedures, including pots and pans and all equipment, operates commercial dish machine.</li><li>
Sets up for next meal.</li><li>
Demonstrates and maintains a positive, professional manner, manages times efficiently and effectively, promotes a team approach.</li></ul>
Dietary Aide Requirements<ul><li>
High school education; or up to one month of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
Applicants must be able to work day and evening shifts as well as be available to work weekends.
</li><li>1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or healthcare facility is preferred.</li></ul>
