We consider each team member an integral part of our family, committed to fostering dignity and respect for all residents.Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Overnight Care Team Member / Med Tech (will train) to join our compassionate care team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare to develop their skills in a supportive setting. The position involves providing high-quality resident care during overnight hours, supporting medication management, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. No prior medical experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist residents with daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being during overnight shifts.</li><li>Support medication administration under supervision, including basic medication reminders and documentation.</li><li>Monitor residents' vital signs and observe for any changes in health status, reporting findings to nursing staff as needed.</li><li>Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a respectful and caring environment.</li><li>Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of resident information.</li><li>Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure compliance with care plans related to Alzheimer&rsquo;s, dementia, memory care, hospice, or other specialized needs.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for accurate documentation and record keeping.</li><li>Compassionate communication skills tailored to working with individuals with disabilities or cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer&rsquo;s or dementia.</li><li>Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism.</li><li>Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements related to medical records and patient information.</li></ul>Pay: $13.50 - $14.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid orientation</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
