<div>The Practice Association Analyst is a vital member of the Practice Association (PA) team, responsible for supporting our large clinical workforce through maintaining quality clinical data, supporting regulatory compliances, and improving the processes across the practice association.

What to expect.

This role ensures smooth daily operations, maintains clinical standards, and strengthens the infrastructure that enables high-quality, efficient patient care. The Analyst plays a key part in promoting operational excellence by managing systems, processes, and quality data that support both clinicians and leadership.

Specific responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Support practice operations and assist with process improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Help coordinate and maintain the Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation (OPPE) process, ensuring accurate data and supporting audits.</li>
<li>Assist in analyzing operational processes, identifying gaps, and contributing to improvement plans to enhance efficiency and compliance.</li>
<li>Work with leadership and the PA team to implement new procedures and monitor results.</li>
<li>Represent the Practice Association professionally while fostering positive, collaborative relationships across departments.</li>
<li>Provide backup support for clinician scheduling as needed.</li>

What we need from you:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.</li>
<li>
2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in project management, administration, or healthcare operations.
</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with Microsoft Access and PowerPoint preferred. Familiarity with scheduling or workforce management software (e.g., Kronos eZCall) is a plus.
</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet strict deadlines, and a knack for identifying and addressing process gaps.
</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to a high-functioning team environment.
</li>

Practice Association Analyst - Towson, MD

<div>This is an in person role, requiring 5 days/week in our Towson, MD office. 


Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Serves as the first point of contact for HR-related questions via phone, email, or ticketing system.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provides support on HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, benefits, leaves of absence, and HR systems navigation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Maintains and updates employee records in the HRIS and ensures data accuracy.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Processes transactions related to job changes, personal information updates, organizational changes, etc.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Generates standard HR reports and assists with audits or data requests as needed.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Escalates complex issues to HR specialists or business partners as appropriate.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Supports compliance with internal policies and relevant labor laws.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensures efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assists in developing and updating knowledgebase articles and process documentation.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Participates in process improvement initiatives to enhance service center operations.</li></ul> 


Requirements:
<ul>
<li>HS plus 3-4 years of relevant work experience, Associate&rsquo;s plus 2-3 years of experience, or Bachelor&rsquo;s plus 1 year of experience.</li>
<li>Work requires the ability to:
<ul><li>effectively communicate both verbally and in writing;</li>
<li>utilize Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint with proficiency;</li>
<li>demonstrate working knowledge of employment laws and practices, practices, and procedures;</li>
<li>demonstrate attention to accurate detail and timely follow through in past work experience;</li>

<li>Designs or sources training that strengthens manager capabilities in coaching, accountability, and documentation.</li>
<li>Ensures managers complete performance evaluations and performance documentation in accordance with policy.</li>
</ul>
Employee Development, Training, and Succession Planning
<ul><li>Designs, curates, and delivers training content that supports organizational values, mission, and strategic goals.</li>
<li>Develops and manages learning pathways to support career development, leadership development, and succession planning.</li>
<li>Coordinates annual organizational and compliance training, ensuring staff maintain required competencies.</li>
<li>Incorporates diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into learning programs and leadership development strategies.</li>
<li>Develops leaders capacity to coach, mentor, and grow their teams.</li>
</ul>
Staff Supervision &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Selects, trains, supervises, and evaluates assigned staff.</li>
<li>Mentors and develops team members; identifies skills gaps and training needs.</li>
<li>Participates in disciplinary processes when required.</li>
<li>Promotes efficient, consistent learning and organizational development practices across the team.</li>
</ul>
 Senior Leadership Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Presents training strategy, engagement trends, compliance reports, LMS metrics, and performance management analytics to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Serves as a resource to other HR Directors, offering expertise across training, OD, engagement, DE&amp;I, and performance.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

1) Work requires comprehensive knowledge of human resources management, related employment law, basic statistics, and management theories, as well as the ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing - acquired through a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resource management, business administration, or closely related field. Master&rsquo;s degree preferred. SHRM, HRCI or related certifications preferred.

2) Work requires at 7-10 years of diversified, professional human resources experience with an emphasis on training and/or organizational development, demonstrated knowledge of human resources and department operations, and supervisory skills. 2-5 years of management experience required.

3) Work requires a high level of interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with senior management, manage staff, conduct workshops and trainings, answer inquiries, explain policies and procedures in difficult situations, and effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external contacts.

4) Work requires analytical ability sufficient to develop effective strategies, develop workflow processes, extract information from written material, observation, and interviews to process recruitment and retention statistics, including turnover and vacancy rates. Must be able to anticipate problems/complications and develop solutions.
