Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok</li><li>Produce long-form video content for YouTube and digital campaigns</li><li>Create real estate promotional videos, property walkthroughs, and lifestyle content</li><li>Apply strong storytelling techniques and engaging hooks, especially within the first 3 seconds</li><li>Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, and background music</li><li>Ensure all video content meets brand quality standards</li><li>Stay updated with current social media and video editing trends</li></ul>Job RequirementsExperience<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience</li><li>Proven experience in real estate video editing is mandatory</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects</li><li>Strong command of CapCut Pro, including trending templates and customization</li></ul>Core Competencies<ul><li>Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content pacing</li><li>Ability to create premium, modern, and trend-driven videos</li><li>In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content trends</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines</li></ul>Application RequirementsInterested candidates must submit:<ul><li>Updated Resume</li><li>Portfolio / Showreel</li><li>Real estate video samples (mandatory)</li><li>Links to previous social media video work</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
