 To assist in the service of a quality food &amp; beverage product to customers. To assist in the development of food &amp; beverage products and services. To answer guest requests and resolve guest problems.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To project a pleasant and positive professional image to all guests at all times

 Manage cultural needs and expectations of guests
 </li>

 Upselling and identification of additional revenue opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures

 Punctual attendance to each shift

 Maintain positive teamwork spirit at all times

 Accurate and timely delivery of orders to guests

 Assist Assistant Venue Managers in training new team members

 Assistance in overcoming logistic issues in serving a timely food/beverage product in acceptable quantity, presentation and consistency
 </li>

 Completion of Progress Training &amp; participation in Progress related activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Support of Departmental objectives

 Ensure wastage is kept to a minimum
 </li>

 POSITION PURPOSE

 Ensures that all systems running within the hotel are maintained to a level that delivers the most efficient service for our customers and that they are in compliance with Marriott International Hotels &amp; Resorts Standards of operation.
 </li>

 Responsible for short and long term planning, implementation and day-to-day operations of all hotel technology components, processes and related areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Information Systems function within the Hotel using appropriate systems management procedures and practices to ensure the optimal operating effectiveness and security, integrity of data.
 </li>

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure all security, data-protection and data-privacy requirements are met to the best level possible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth technology operations for all associates and assist in ensuring all guest-facing technologies meet service level agreements with external suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking care of the day- to-day support and troubleshooting of all IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers..Etc.) and Software
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain, implement and adhere to all Marrioty standard policies, systems and procedures relating to technology operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure quality of data is maintained with all systems including ensuring all systems are properly backed-up as standards require.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide support to the users of Information Technology Systems and hotel guests through direct interaction and through the identification and co-ordination of our ongoing training needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide 24x7 on-call duties as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as primary contact for all servicing of computers, printers, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a sufficient inventory of all IT Hardware , Software and licenses

 Previous experiences in a similar role along with a proven knowledge in the operation and maintenance of the equipment
