Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and a strong commitment to nurturing young minds.Duties: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans - Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children - Monitor and assess student progress - Collaborate with parents to support each child's learning and development - Organize and lead activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development - Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progressQualifications: Classroom Teachers upon hiring must be at least 18 years of age and of good moral character, and must meet one of the following requirements:<ul><li>Highly Preferred (Not Required): Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field</li><li>Experience working in Early Childhood Education or related field</li><li>High School Diploma of GED</li><li>Two years of experience in an early childhood group setting</li><li>Required: Ability to pass extensive organization/state background check and fingerprinting</li></ul>Skills: - Classroom management - Lesson planning - Childcare experience - Understanding of childhood development stages- Knowledge of Nebraska childcare licensing requirements-Ability to work as a cooperative and supportive team member-Ability to communicate with others both verbally and in writingThis position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
