Key Responsibilities:-Handle litigation cases related to real estate, property disputes, regulatory issues, and contractual matters.-Represent the company before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities.-Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, petitions, and notices.-Coordinate with external legal counsel for case strategies and hearings.-Provide legal opinions and guidance to management on litigation risks and strategies.-Maintain case records, documentation, and track the progress of ongoing litigation.-Ensure compliance with RERA, property laws, municipal regulations, and other real estate-related legal frameworks.-Support internal teams with dispute resolution and risk management.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,000,000.00 - &#8377;1,400,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
