Audit Preparation&Oslash; Collect and organize all necessary documentation (policies, certifications, reports).&Oslash; Ensure compliance with standards such as SA8000, ISO, BSCI, SEDEX, or client-specific codes of conduct.&Oslash; Coordinate with internal departments to gather audit-related data.&Oslash; Conduct pre-audit internal assessments to identify and resolve gaps.2. Audit Execution&Oslash; Act as the primary point of contact for auditors and client representatives.&Oslash; Facilitate on-site audits by guiding auditors through processes, documentation, and facilities.&Oslash; Ensure smooth coordination between auditors and relevant factory personnel.3. Post-Audit Responsibilities&Oslash; Review and analyse audit findings and reports.&Oslash; Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and ensure timely implementation.&Oslash; Maintain records of audit outcomes and follow-up actions.4. Documentation &amp; Reporting&Oslash; Maintain up-to-date records of all audits, certifications, and compliance reports.&Oslash; Ensure documentation aligns with legal and client requirements.&Oslash; Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on audit feedback.5. Training &amp; Awareness&Oslash; Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance topics (e.g., labor laws, health &amp; safety, environmental standards).&Oslash; Promote awareness of social responsibility, ethical practices, and sustainability.6. Continuous Improvement&Oslash; Monitor changes in local and international compliance regulations.&Oslash; Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance audit readiness.&Oslash; Encourage automation and innovation in compliance tracking and reporting.7. Coordination with Certification Agencies&Oslash; Communicate with Certification Agencies regarding audit schedules, requirements, and outcomes.&Oslash; Ensure client-specific compliance expectations are met consistently.Administration1. Office Operations &amp; Supervision&Oslash; Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.&Oslash; Conduct regular rounds of the factory floor to maintain discipline and order.&Oslash; Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.2. Vendor &amp; Facility Coordination&Oslash; Liaise with assistants and external vendors (Housekeeping, Security, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry) to ensure timely service delivery.&Oslash; Manage and monitor Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for services like Air Conditioning, IT Support, Fire Safety Systems, Water Purifiers, Pest Control etc.3. Cleanliness &amp; Hygiene&Oslash; Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across office and factory premises.&Oslash; Ensure regular sanitation and upkeep of common areas.4. Infrastructure &amp; Inventory Management&Oslash; Manage seating arrangements, asset allocation, and inventory tracking.&Oslash; Ensure timely updates of data related to infrastructure and resources.&Oslash; Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies.5. Stakeholder Communication&Oslash; Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.&Oslash; Facilitate smooth communication and coordination across departments.6. MIS Reporting&Oslash; Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for Daily expenses, Track and report administrative costs and resource usage.7. Event &amp; Insurance Management&Oslash; Organize and coordinate internal and external events.&Oslash; Manage group health insurance for new and existing employees, including onboarding and renewals.8.
