The Technical Engineer &ndash; Electronics &amp; Network Systems plays a critical role in supporting the design, development, integration, and deployment of advanced electro-optical systems used in surveillance and imaging applications. The position requires a strong foundation in electronics, system integration, and network-based video transmission. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between electronic hardware, optical systems, and network infrastructure&mdash;ensuring high-quality and reliable performance of field-deployed systems.This role is suited for individuals with hands-on experience in PCB design, embedded systems, and IP-based video networks, who can work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams in electronics, software, optics, and mechanical engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Development &amp; Integration<ul><li>Support the end-to-end development and integration of electronic and opto-electronic systems.</li><li>Collaborate with R&amp;D teams in designing, assembling, and testing system prototypes.</li><li>Participate in hardware and firmware-level troubleshooting during prototype and field phases.</li></ul>PCB Design &amp; Programming<ul><li>Read, interpret, and update circuit diagrams and PCB schematics.</li><li>Assist in programming, configuration, and functional testing of PCBs and controllers.</li><li>Work with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32) and interface boards for data communication.</li></ul>Network and Communication Systems<ul><li>Configure and manage Ethernet and fiber-based network systems for video transmission.</li><li>Install, test, and maintain IP-based video networks, including switches, converters, and routers.</li><li>Support video management software (VMS) configurations and ensure stable network connectivity.</li></ul>Testing, Validation &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Conduct electrical and functional tests for performance validation.</li><li>Maintain structured documentation for wiring layouts, firmware revisions, and network configurations.</li><li>Develop system operation manuals and support technical handover to deployment teams.</li></ul>Field Deployment &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Participate in installation, commissioning, and field evaluation of deployed systems.</li><li>Provide technical assistance and maintenance support at customer sites as needed.</li><li>Train field technicians and assist in troubleshooting real-time system issues.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Solid understanding of electronic circuits, power supplies, and sensor integration.</li><li>Experience in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCAD).</li><li>Familiarity with microcontrollers and embedded system development.</li><li>Working knowledge of IP networking, including camera configuration and streaming protocols.</li><li>Understanding of video transmission over Ethernet/Fiber and relevant network standards.</li><li>Proficiency in using electronic testing tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer).</li><li>Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Bash, or similar) is an advantage.</li><li>Optional: Experience with VMS platforms, ONVIF protocols, or industrial networking.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience in electronics integration, embedded systems, or network-based surveillance.</li><li>Fresh graduates with strong practical exposure or final-year project experience in a similar domain are also encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Preferred Personal Attributes<ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.</li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Detail-oriented, methodical, and documentation-driven approach.</li><li>Willingness to travel to field sites for deployment and support activities.</li><li>Passion for technology innovation and hands-on engineering.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering?</li><li>Do you have &ndash;3 years of relevant experience in electronics integration, embedded systems, or network-based surveillance?</li><li>Do you have Solid understanding of electronic circuits, power supplies, and sensor integration?</li><li>Do you have experience in PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCAD)?</li><li>Do you have Working knowledge of IP networking, including camera configuration and streaming protocols?</li><li>Do you have Understanding of video transmission over Ethernet/Fiber and relevant network standards?</li><li>Do you have Proficiency in using electronic testing tools (oscilloscope, multimeter, logic analyzer)?</li><li>Do you have Optional: Experience with VMS platforms, ONVIF protocols, or industrial networking?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
