What You Will Do<ul><li>
Interpret high-quality MRI studies, providing accurate, timely, and patient-centered reports</li><li>
Offer expert consultations and guidance to referring physicians and clinical partners across Shields&rsquo; network of outpatient imaging centers and partner hospitals</li><li>
Collaborate closely with technologists, nurses, and administrative staff to support efficient, patient-focused operations</li><li>
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with referring providers to enhance care coordination and diagnostic excellence</li><li>
Participate in peer learning, quality assurance, and ongoing professional development</li><li>
Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment committed to clinical quality and service excellence</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
Board Certification or Eligibility with the American Board of Radiology</li><li>
Fellowship training in Neuroradiology preferred, but not required</li><li>
Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility)</li><li>
Proven experience interpreting MRI studies and managing a balanced case load</li><li>
BLS Certification and a commitment to compassionate, accurate care</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li></ul>
