 What we&rsquo;re looking for:
 
 
 We&rsquo;re seeking a proactive, adaptable professional with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting others. In this key role, you&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for essential services&mdash;enhancing employee experience and ensuring smooth, efficient operations every day.
 
 
 What you will do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Office Supplies &amp; Stationery: Monitor and manage inventories of office supplies and consumables, including procurement, stock levels, and storage in coordination with warehouse or admin stores.
 </li>
 <li>
 Visitor Management: Facilitate external visits by coordinating meeting logistics, access requirements, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests.
 </li>
 <li>
 General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Housekeeping Oversight: Manage housekeeping operations in coordination with service vendors, maintain cleanliness standards across all facilities, and ensure cleaning schedules, supply inventories, and replenishments are properly tracked.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transportation Services: Coordinate the company&rsquo;s transportation services, including booking and scheduling, and act as the main point of contact for transport-related needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Driver Coordination: Oversee daily driver assignments, schedules, and ensure efficient route planning and availability based on operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel Support: Arrange and coordinate employee travel requirements, including transportation, accommodation, and other logistics for business-related travel..
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Who you are
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2:3 years of experience in an administrative role with supervisory responsibilities over a team, preferably in an industrial setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with admin operations is a must.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of fleet management is a plus.
