Shifttocloud Software India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with Fresher to 1+ years of experience to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that communicates complex technical information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. You will work closely with editors, designers, and marketing strategists to develop impactful content across multiple platforms, aligned with our brand voice and business objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with the editorial and marketing teams to brainstorm innovative content ideas and strategies.</li><li>Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to develop original and valuable content.</li><li>Create high-quality copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, articles, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Write compelling headlines and attention-grabbing introductions to maximize reader engagement.</li><li>Work closely with managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align content with brand and business objectives.</li><li>Develop long-form content such as white papers, case studies, technical blogs, and research reports.</li><li>Craft persuasive short-form content for product pages, landing pages, email campaigns, and paid ads.</li><li>Produce engaging social media content tailored for LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Meta, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Assist in internal communication by creating newsletters, company updates, and employee-focused materials.</li><li>Create sales enablement content such as brochures, one-pagers, pitch decks, and product presentations.</li><li>Maintain a well-structured content calendar that aligns with campaign timelines and strategic goals.</li><li>Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging remain consistent across all channels and materials.</li><li>Edit and proofread content with a keen eye for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Any degree with strong communication and writing skills (a background in English, Journalism, or Communications is a plus).</li><li>Fresher to 1+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in digital marketing or tech environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of SEO, keyword placement, and content optimization techniques.</li><li>Demonstrated portfolio of published work across digital channels.</li><li>Excellent command of English grammar, syntax, and tone adaptability.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple writing projects with competing deadlines.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and content collaboration platforms.</li><li>Experience working with B2B or SaaS/Tech companies is a plus.</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills to produce fact-based, insightful content.</li><li>Ability to align content creation with marketing and business goals.</li><li>Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Exceptional project management and time-management skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SEO: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Content writer: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
