Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Manager with a background in EdTech or Competitive Exam Conduct Agencies to join our middle management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating across departments, managing vendors, logistics, content creation (like sample papers), and ensuring smooth execution of high-stakes academic and testing programs.Key Responsibilities:Operational Planning &amp; CoordinationPlan and coordinate end-to-end execution of academic/testing events, including exams, mock tests, training, and assessments.Collaborate with academic teams to design and deliver sample papers, mock tests, and academic content.Draft official letters, communication templates, guidelines, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.Vendor &amp; Logistics ManagementManage vendor relationships (printing, logistics, exam centers, etc.) &ndash; from onboarding to quality control.Oversee logistical requirements such as transport, storage, and secure delivery of exam materials.Ensure timely procurement and contract negotiation with third-party service providers.Quality Assurance &amp; ComplianceImplement SOPs and ensure compliance with examination standards and confidentiality protocols.Conduct internal audits and checks to ensure seamless operational flow.Research &amp; DevelopmentConduct competitor and industry research to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.Develop proposals, presentations, and strategic documents to support business decisions.Team ManagementSupervise a team of operational executives and coordinators.Provide training, feedback, and mentorship to junior staff.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
