 Position Responsibilities:</div>
<ul><li>Ability to diagnose and repair automotive systems - drivetrain, brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, air conditioning and computer systems and perform general automotive system repairs with no supervision</li>
<li>Ability to accurately diagnose transmission problems, TCM, PCM, Solenoids, electrical issues.</li>
<li>Transmission removal and installation</li>
<li>Train, guide and assist other technicians in performing technical activities</li>
<li>Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required</li>
<li>Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques</li>
<li>Professionally record findings so that repair costs are accurately estimated</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>

</ul><div>Job Requirements:</div>
<ul><li>ASE A1 - A8 Certified Master Technician</li>
<li>AAMCO / Other automotive certifications are preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years&rsquo; experience working as an Automotive Technician</li>
<li>The lead technician will be required to provide strong leadership skills and a customer-focused attitude as well as a high level of motivation and energy</li>
<li>Hold a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need</li>
<li>Experience troubleshooting and conducting both mechanical and electrical diagnostics, including drivability testing</li>
<li>Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment</li>
<li>Standing, walking, bending, kneeling and lifting items over 50 lbs throughout the day</li></ul></div></div>
