<h3></h3>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Dubai in interior fit-out or construction finishing works (floor coating, wall cladding, insulation, etc.).</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Execute projects within defined quality, cost, and time parameters.</li><li>Ability to Plan, Supervise, and succefull execution of projects.</li><li>Manage finishing works such as Wall cladding, EIFS, Floor coating, Ceiling, and Painting works.</li><li>Lead project activities including consultant and client communication and secure work approvals.</li><li>Prepare and implement project execution plans, monitor progress, and ensure resource optimization.</li><li>Submit daily and weekly progress reports, ensuring waste reduction during execution.</li></ul>
