Job Title: Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing SpecialistLocation: Dubai or Abu Dhabi/Remote Department: Marketing Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of MarketingRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Social Media &amp; Digital Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be Google Certified and Meta Certified, with proven expertise in running high-impact advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms. This role requires both creative and analytical skills&mdash;designing engaging social media posts while ensuring campaigns are cost-effective, measurable, and delivering maximum ROI.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook &amp; Instagram).</li><li>Design engaging and visually appealing social media posts, stories, and ad creatives.</li><li>Continuously monitor, measure, and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, ROI).</li><li>Optimize ad spend to maximize business impact while staying within budget.</li><li>Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and creative effectiveness.</li><li>Develop and maintain a monthly performance dashboard with insights and recommendations.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business and brand strategy.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Mandatory: Google Ads Certification &amp; Meta Blueprint Certification.</li><li>Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google &amp; Meta platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, targeting strategies, and remarketing.</li><li>Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar) for creating social posts and ad creatives.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.</li><li>Strong communication and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEO fundamentals.</li><li>Knowledge of other platforms (LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads) is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in [insert relevant industry if you want to specialize].</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 8 per week
