In our further services, we proudly offer granite/chip cutting, grinding and polishing, brass and SS polishing, sanitization, and fumigation.JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:As Business Development Executive, the candidate shall be self-motivated and responsible for the achievement of sales and marketing within the assigned area. He will be aggressive and creative with a proven success in new business development in the marble, chips, and granite polishing as well as fumigation and sanitization services. The candidate shall work under the guidance and direction of General Manager.<ul><li>Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.</li><li>Develop strong and cordial relationships with the existing and new clients to promote the services of Shine Plus.</li><li>Maintain and keep updated a prospective client database.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of all service offerings of the company.</li><li>Develop and execute business and marketing plans in coordination with GM Shine Plus to achieve revenue goals.</li><li>Identify profitable business opportunities and secure sound business deals with strong follow-up.</li><li>Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.</li><li>Support GM in writing new business proposals.</li><li>Provide a report on business development activities and related successes against target metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis as decided by the management.</li><li>Follow company guidelines and procedures for the acquisition of customers.</li><li>Close coordination with the technical support team and ensure to provide quality work to the clients and after-sale support.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in a relevant field</li><li>2-5 years of experience in a relevant field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
