This role blends creativity with practical understanding of materials, trends,and client needs.Key Responsibilities :&#61623; Develop design concepts for tiles, mosaics, and interior surface products.&#61623; Work with the production team to ensure design feasibility and accurate execution.&#61623; Research design trends, materials, and techniques relevant to interiors and pool aesthetics.&#61623; Create detailed design sketches, digital layouts, and mood boards.&#61623; Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product presentations.&#61623; Maintain documentation of design specifications and revisions.&#61623; Assist in sample development and quality checks.Requirements :&#61623; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or related field (preferred).&#61623; Strong creative and visual sense with attention to detail.&#61623; Ability to use design tools/software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, or similar).&#61623; Good understanding of colour theory, patterns, and materials.&#61623; Strong communication and teamwork skills.&#61623; Willingness to learn industry-specific techniques and trends.Preferred Qualities :&#61623; Passion for interior design and material aesthetics.&#61623; Ability to manage deadlines and multitask.&#61623; Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.Benefits&#61623; Opportunity to work in a growing design-focused organization.&#61623; Hands-on industry learning.&#61623; Creative workspace with professional growth opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
