What You&rsquo;ll Do as an RBT:<ul><li>
Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home, school, or clinic settings</li><li>
Follow customized behavior intervention plans developed by a supervising BCBA</li><li>
Accurately collect and record data on client progress</li><li>
Foster strong relationships with clients and their families</li><li>
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team focused on client success</li><li>
Maintain professionalism and ensure a safe, supportive environment</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>
Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified&mdash;we&rsquo;ll help you get there)</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred</li><li>
Previous experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus</li><li>
Ability to pass a background check and complete required clearances</li><li>
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the local area</li><li>
Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference</li></ul>
Schedule &amp; Location:<ul><li>
Location: O'Fallon, St. Louis, St. Peters surrounding areas (services provided in-home, school, and clinic settings)</li><li>
Hours: Flexible scheduling available; full-time (30&ndash;40 hours/week) or part-time options<ul><li>
<ul><li>Rapid Onboarding for 11-2 PM Monday-Friday, additional hours available.
