Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires authorization to work in the U.S., as well as strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management practicesResponsibilities<ul><li>Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.</li><li>Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and other relevant labor laws.</li><li>Conduct employee evaluations and performance management initiatives to support workforce development.</li><li>Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.</li><li>Implement change management strategies to support organizational goals and workforce management.</li><li>Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Oracle HCM for data entry, payroll processing, and record keeping.</li><li>Support affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts to ensure a diverse and capable workforce.</li><li>Collaborate with management on strategic planning initiatives related to organization design and talent management.</li><li>Maintain accurate data collection processes for reporting purposes and compliance with OSHA regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in human resources management or related administrative roles (within 3 years).</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with payroll software or systems.</li><li>Strong knowledge of employment and labor law, including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation policies.</li><li>Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques, ATS systems such as iCIMS or Lever, and project management methodologies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proficiency in using HR software such as Paychex, Dayforce, Ceridian, or UltiPro for various HR functions.</li><li>Experience in social media management for employer branding purposes is a plus.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and reporting tasks.</li><li>Fluent in both Korean and English (speaking and writing).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
