</h3>We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Tester with 8+ years of experience, preferably in air cargo including last mile logistics. The role involves ensuring the quality, performance, and security of web/mobile applications, apis, and background jobs. This includes comprehensive testing strategies, live monitoring, and support for integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Performs functional testing as per sprint deliverables.
</li><li>Conduct load, performance testing to verify application scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
</li><li>Develop and maintain automated unit test cases ensuring stable deployments and operations post updates.
</li><li>Support testing and validation of carrier integrations for seamless connectivity with logistics partners.</li><li>Strong understanding in rates, charges and invoicing modules to reconcile on finance perspective.</li><li>In depth knowledge on inbound, outbound, journey and fulfillment process to ensure operations involve transparent process on technical front.</li><li>Identify common issues and data requests to focus more on process automation.</li><li>Assist with IT security assessments, including detailed reporting on vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, and remediation.</li><li>Provide data lake integration support to ensure data accuracy, and usability for analytics.</li><li>Assist in building and maintaining technical documentation, knowledge base and incident reporting.</li></ul>
Requirements<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>8+ years in QA automation, with a minimum of 5 years in air cargo logistics and supply chain management.
</li><li>Experience in test automation tools such as selenium or cypress</li></ul>
- In depth knowledge working with performance &amp; functional testing tools - runscope/jmeter/loadrunner.
- Experience working with api monitoring tools &ndash; postman/new relic and elastic log tools - logstash/kibana
- Experience in data flow monitoring applications - prometheus with grafana or datadog.<ul><li>Experience in sql programming, preferably postgres databases to be able to verify apis at data perspective.</li><li>Experience in working with micro services based architecture, internal data communication framework, queuing systems and aws infrastructure.</li><li>Knowledge of carrier integrations on API &amp; EDI and third party integrations.</li><li>Experience in UAE or Middle East region is a plus</li></ul></div>

Role summary
You&rsquo;ll map out Shipa Delivery&rsquo;s business growth strategy &ndash; and make it happen. You&rsquo;ll identify sales leads, pitch to new clients and keep current clients happy and wanting more. You need to be great at networking, and have a knack for presenting and public speaking. Strong marketing and negotiating skills, and a positive attitude, are required. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for increasing Shipa Delivery&rsquo;s revenue as well as building a funnel of potential clients to sustain our growth.
Responsibilities include but not limited to<ul>
<li>
Be the voice and face of Shipa Delivery in the market.</li>
<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the domestic last-mile
 
delivery sector.</li>
<li>Generate and manage business opportunities in cross-border logistics between
 
UAE, KSA and Kuwait.</li>
<li>Develop the local and international network of customers and stay on top of requirements.</li>
<li>Constantly create revenue generating channels from Cross Selling and Upselling
 
streams to these clients.</li>
<li>Manage and grow existing businesses to generate targeted and sustainable
 
revenue (additional regions, additional products).</li>
<li>Knit a host of partnerships together to enhance our value proposition</li>
<li>Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.</li>
<li>Manage the optimal sales target that will drive the growth of the business unit and
 
drive to encourage employee morale.</li>
<li>Fulfill and achieve annual budget objective through clear and effective hunting
 
and farming strategies.</li>
<li>Monitor sales and operation status and other issues and eliminate risk factors
 
through communication.</li>
<li>Interact with core functions to plan and prioritize the next product or enhancement</li>
<li>As a core member of the team, you&rsquo;re going to be very independent and have a pretty
 
loud voice on localization, implementation, and process.</li>
<li>Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
Your Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>
Degree in business management or other related field relevant to the role</li>
<li>Minimum 6 years&rsquo; experience in a role that demonstrates business growth.</li>
<li>Prior experience in logistics: courier industry, freight and/or warehousing as Business Development/ Sales is a must</li></ul>
