Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>

To work with all suppliers, agents and related department in order to meet with customer demands in compliance with international and domestic regulations.</li>
<li>Arrange pick-up and transportation as per instructions</li>
<li>Invoicing of file, Monitor Events, archive file</li>
<li>To work in cost effective and following GP margin per trade , customer and file basis and lead to month closing financially .</li>
<li>Responsible of financial control and result.</li>
<li>To work with overseas offices /agents and pricing department closely to maximize utilization.</li>
<li>Expected to suggest improvements that will enhance the company&rsquo;s profit margins as well as volume.</li>
<li>To work on / report all customer complaints and expected to be able to negotiate claims.</li>
<li>Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.</li>

Candidate requirements</b></h3><br>

<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a similar discipline</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years&rsquo; relevant international freight forwarding experience</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Power Point) ; Knowledge of procedures for international and domestic freight, trucking and warehouse services ; Dangerous goods awareness</li>
<li>self-driven, dynamic, Can-do attitude, team spirit</li>
<li>Good written verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Stress resistant and able to handle emergency</li>
<li>Candidate must be fluent in English</li>

The LCL Export Manager oversees all aspects of the LCL export department, including customer service, documentation, and operations, with a strong emphasis on maintaining smooth and compliant cargo flow. While this is a management role, the position remains actively engaged in key operational areas&mdash;handling selected destinations, load planning, or complex files when needed to support team performance and ensure service quality. Key Responsibilities</b></h3><div><b><br>
Team Leadership &amp; Department Oversight</b></div><ul>
<li>Lead and support the LCL Export team across customer service, documentation, and operational functions.</li>
<li>Oversee staffing, workload allocation, scheduling, and daily task coordination.</li>
<li>Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure strong team competency and productivity.</li>
<li>Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment with a focus on service excellence.</li>
</ul><div><b>Operational Focus (Hands-On Support)</b></div><ul>
<li>Engage directly in selected operational duties, including handling specific trade lanes, load planning, or time-sensitive shipments.</li>
<li>Support the team during peak volumes, staff absences, or urgent operational issues.</li>
<li>Maintain working knowledge of all workflow steps, including cargo receipt, HAZ procedures, loading logic, and documentation timing.</li>
<li>Step in to troubleshoot operational challenges involving carriers, warehouses, agents, or customers.</li>
</ul><div><b>Export Process Oversight</b></div><ul>
<li>Supervise the full export lifecycle, ensuring all shipments meet deadlines, cutoffs, and compliance requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee documentation accuracy, including BL instructions, manifests, and carrier submissions.</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with warehouse partners to ensure cargo handling and loading accuracy.</li>
<li>Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure all shipments comply with U.S. export rules and internal policies.</li>

<li>Serve as the escalation point for customers, carriers, and internal teams when higher-level involvement is required.</li>

<li>Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers, agents, vendors, and overseas offices.</li>

<li>Monitor service levels, productivity, accuracy, and adherence to KPIs.</li>

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>

3+ years of experience in LCL export operations, customer service, or documentation; prior leadership experience preferred.</li>
