Fast-paced, high-volume law firm serving Kauai for over 70 years seeks a full-time Legal Secretary/Paralegal. Areas of practice include, but are not limited to, estate planning, real estate, collections, landlord-tenant matters, and business formation. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, reliable, able to learn quickly, and has experience in a legal or administrative setting.Notary Public Commission is preferred, but not initially required. If hired, you must pass the notary exam within 1 year of start date.Start date is flexible.
