Job Summary: 
The Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will lead business-side eCommerce initiatives from concept to launch, focusing on site experiences such as cart, checkout, and payment solutions. This role will drive operational excellence, ensure robust UAT through well-defined business cases, and champion data-driven optimization. Additionally, the Senior Manager will own the personalization roadmap and SEO strategy, while overseeing the adoption of new tools and features that enhance the customer journey. Acting as a key liaison between brands, IT, and external partners, this role ensures projects meet business objectives and deliver a seamless, performing, eCommerce experience.
 
What you will do: 
Projects & Site optimization
 Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-brand, eCommerce initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
 Define functional requirements and prioritize features for release.
 Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
 Use user research, competitive benchmarking, and analytics tools to identify opportunities and articulate business value.
 Partner with IT teams (SFCC, OMS) and vendors to ensure technical deliverables align with business goals.
 Maintain strong alignment with IT partners, brands, ADX cross-functional teams on status, timelines and change request.
 Monitor JIRA backlog to ensure high-impact defects are resolved promptly and updates are communicated.
 Support business case development and ROI analysis for new features and functionalities.
 Oversee day-to-day site operations, including feed management and integrations enhancements.
 
UAT Business Case Development & Management
 Build detailed business test cases for all eCommerce projects.
 Ensure alignment of UAT scenarios with business requirements.
 Coordinate with brand teams for execution and monitor results for completeness and accuracy.
 
SEO Strategy
 Collaborate with brands and internal stakeholders to define and maintain the SEO roadmap.
 Partner with SEO vendors to execute initiatives that drive organic traffic and improve search visibility.
 Continuously monitor performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights.
 Centralize SEO practices by implementing best-in-class standards and driving consistency across all brands.
 Leverage the SEO playbook to ensure operational excellence, aligning technical requirements with IT and business-side best practices.
 
Personalization Roadmap & Execution
 Collaborate with brands and Director of eCommerce Experience to define the personalization roadmap and own its execution.
 Partner with vendors and analytics team to ensure proper implementation, monitor performance, and propose iterative improvements.
 Report on business results and provide actionable insights to optimize personalization strategies.
 Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to leverage data for tailored customer experiences.
 
Who you are: 
8-10 years experience in Ecommerce with a deep understanding of online shopping and best–in-class experiences including competitive landscaping
 Deep experience with Ecommerce platforms and tools, preferably Salesforce Commerce Cloud
 Experience with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence)
 Expertise in SEO strategy and execution
 Experience in personalization tools and techniques
 Proficiency in Analytics platforms
 Analytical and data driven
 Strong project management skills with proven record of delivering high quality work under tight deadlines
 Solid understanding of UAT processes and operational workflows
 To the point, practical, results-driven, and innovative
 Entrepreneurial, autonomous, open to collaboration
 Capable of working in a large corporate environment without full guidance
 Pushes the organization to constantly improve
 Understanding of the beauty market is a plus (but not required)

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.

 MISSION
 
 
 
 Develop Shiseido Group business for Fragrance, Make-up and Skincare categories, with distributors on the markets in his scope. Fully responsible for planning, developing and implementing commercial strategies both long and short term based on company goals and objectives with the main goal to support and accelerate growth on the respective markets.
 
 
 
 Main Responsibilities

 Manage full business circle with distributors on the respective markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and managing an appropriate Brands/per market budgeting, annual sales business plans and P&amp;Ls (Net sales to brands margin).
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as the main point of contact between distributors and internal teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with partners, brand managers &amp; teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Addressing and resolving partners&rsquo; complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervising all processes related to each market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, commercial, digital, finance and logistics departments to ensure that partners&rsquo; needs are met.
 </li>
 <li>
 Weekly follow up on sales achievements vs targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate training &amp; education process for each market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on timely order placement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Supply Chain on providing inputs on rolling forecast requirements for accounts handled.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consolidate and share monthly OOS reports and increase service rate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review orders to ensure only relevant SKUs are ordered (no disc/LE items, slow movers etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect monthly tester requirements from each account, order and replenish all doors accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Allocate and distribute required GWPs, samples and POSM materials to each account.

 At least 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing or sales roles involving working with distributors in Beauty , Fashion and or FMCG sector

 Extensive experience in the Middle East region and experience in working with distribution partners Proven track record of managing brand strategy implementation, budget, and planning with hand on approach
 </li>
