Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee the full HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, separations.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (e.g., ESIC, PF, Factory Act) and prepare for audits.</li><li>Lead and support audits such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, SEDEX; manage documentation and corrective actions.</li><li>Drive employee relations and engagement: grievance handling, town halls, feedback sessions.</li><li>Identify training needs, run induction and compliance programs, and evaluate training outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with EHS on health &amp; safety compliance and awareness efforts.</li><li>Maintain HR MIS dashboards: attrition, absenteeism, productivity, etc., and support strategic planning.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred); MBA/PGDM in HR is mandatory.</li><li>2 + years of HR experience, with at least 3&ndash;5 years in foundry or heavy manufacturing.</li><li>Deep knowledge of labor laws, HRMS tools, and MS Office.</li><li>Proven experience managing compliance audits like ISO, IATF, SEDEX.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your CV via Indeed or email to:<ul><li>Recruitment@shishgroup.com</li><li>or call on 9227898236</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
