Senior Interior Designer Position: Interior Designer - Luxury Boutique ProjectsSalary: ₹1.5 Lakhs per monthExperience: 5 Years +Location: Goa JobType: Full-timeAbout the RoleSeeking a talented Interior Designer with proven expertise in luxury boutique design to create high-end, sophisticated spaces for premium residential and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design and execute luxury interior projects (villas, boutique hotels, high-end residences)</li><li>Develop concept designs, 3D visualizations, and detailed working drawings</li><li>Source premium materials, furniture, and finishes</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and artisans</li><li>Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Conduct site visits and oversee execution quality</li><li>Prepare BOQs and project timelines</li><li>Present design concepts to HNI/UHNI clients</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3-5 years in luxury/boutique interior design (mandatory)</li><li>Bachelor's / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture</li><li>Strong portfolio of high-end projects</li><li>Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop</li><li>Knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and premium brands</li><li>Excellent space planning, lighting design, and styling skills</li><li>Strong client management and presentation abilities</li><li>Attention to detail and design excellence</li><li>We are not considering freelancers.
