About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Executive to join our dynamic team in the fashion garments industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in retail or apparel quality checks, a keen eye for fashion trends, and the ability to maintain product presentation standards that enhance customer experience and boost sales.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inspect garments to ensure they meet company quality standards (stitching, sizing, finishing, packaging).</li><li>Monitor product quality during production and before dispatch.</li><li>Collaborate with production, merchandising, and warehouse teams to identify and resolve quality issues.</li><li>Ensure all garments are displayed, stocked, and promoted as per retail standards.</li><li>Conduct regular audits to maintain consistency and minimize defects/returns.</li><li>Provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement in quality and presentation.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Quality Control / Retail / Fashion Garments industry.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good understanding of garment construction, fabric quality, and finishing.</li><li>Knowledge of fashion trends and product presentation techniques.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
