Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.</li><li>Source at least 80&ndash;100 candidate profiles per month through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks.</li><li>Shortlist and screen 25&ndash;30 candidates per week to ensure a strong interview pipeline.</li><li>Conduct 10&ndash;15 interviews weekly (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face) to meet client requirements.</li><li>Ensure a minimum of 5&ndash;8 selections per month, depending on client mandates.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with clients to understand job specifications and deliver suitable talent within agreed timelines.</li><li>Manage job postings, recruitment campaigns, and continuous follow-up with candidates.</li><li>Participate in business development activities, ensuring at least 2&ndash;3 new client interactions per week.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s recruitment services to potential clients, achieving monthly sales/revenue targets alongside recruitment goals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,483.97 - &#8377;15,000.00 per month
