About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and reliable Admin Officer to support the HR Manager in handling day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic work environment. What you will deliver: 1. Employee Records &amp; Compliance: <ul> <li>Manage local employees' work-related emails and attendance &amp; documentation.</li> <li>Maintain updated records and organise employee files for easy access, especially for labor inspection purposes.</li> </ul> 2. Medical Insurance Claims: <ul> <li>Handle medical claims preparation for Senior Management employees.</li> <li>Follow up with the claims team and maintain records of all claims submitted, settled, and pending.</li> </ul> 3. Attendance &amp; Leave Management: <ul> <li>Monitor attendance, manage leave rotation, and coordinate daily requirements of employees who are working at the Founders residence.</li> </ul> 4. Maintenance &amp; Utility Management: <ul> <li>Monitor and coordinate maintenance works for management properties.</li> <li>Handle utility bill payments and related follow-ups.</li> </ul> 5. Admin &amp; PRO Coordination: <ul> <li>Assist in follow-ups related to PRO activities</li> <li>Support in administrative functions as needed on a daily basis.</li> </ul> 6. Personal Assistance: Handle personal and confidential tasks delegated by the HR Manager related to the Founders. 7.
