  What You Will Be Doing
  <br/>
  <br/>
 </strong>
 <ul>
  <li>
   Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand the user needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
  </li>
  <li>
   Feature Definition &amp; Scope: Refine product concepts using personas, journey maps, and story maps. Deliver PRDs, wireframes, and flow diagrams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Product Backlog Ownership: Write and prioritize high-quality user stories with relevant acceptance criteria. Own and manage the product backlog, groom it with Engineering Teams.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bug Management: Review and prioritize incoming bugs to ensure product quality.
  </li>
  <li>
   Agile Process: Attend scrum meetings, work with Delivery Manager to help clear blockers by providing necessary product inputs.
  </li>
  <li>
   Conduct product testing for quality. Collaborate with UX, Engineering, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive, effective product strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Enablement: Facilitate documentation, and communication to inform internal teams and external stakeholders about releases and feature updates.

As a Payroll Specialist, you&rsquo;ll ensure payroll is accurate, timely, and compliant while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external providers. <b>What you will be doing:</b></h3>
<ul><li>Process payroll across multiple countries in line with published deadlines, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper approval controls (e.g., exception reporting, sign-offs).</li><li>
Ensure compliance with local labour, tax, and regulatory requirements as well as internal company policies.</li><li>
Collect and validate payroll input data from SHL&rsquo;s HRIS (and other sources) to ensure complete and accurate payroll .</li><li>
Partner with outsourced payroll providers in multiple geographies to ensure quality delivery.</li><li>
Prepare data required for monthly payroll journals and help Finance with reconciliations and analysis.</li><li>
Attend to queries from external auditors during the annual financial statement audit.</li><li>
Address and resolve staff payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>
Provide payroll expertise and guidance to HR and Finance colleagues.</li><li>
Assist continuous improvements to payroll processes, systems, and controls, including vendor transitions and automation initiatives.</li></ul>
<b>What we are looking for from you:</b><br>
<b>Essential:</b>
<ul><li>Poven payroll experience, ideally with exposure to multi-country payrolls.</li><li>
Hands-on experience handling payrolls end-to-end (from input to processing, review, and payment).</li><li>
Familiarity with ADP Streamline is highly desirable.</li></ul>
<b>Desirable:</b>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of payroll tax, statutory filings, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Experience preparing payroll journals and assisting Finance with reporting.</li><li>
