We&rsquo;re seeking a hands-on and dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our residential property clean, safe, and in top condition. You'll handle routine repairs, emergency maintenance, and ensure a high standard of living for our residents.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>
Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and unit turnovers</li><li>
Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies, including on-call support</li><li>
Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and appliances</li><li>
Keep grounds clean, including landscaping and snow removal</li><li>
Ensure property is safe and meets code requirements</li><li>
Use and maintain tools and equipment properly and safely</li><li>
Prepare vacant units for new residents</li><li>
Clean and maintain common areas</li><li>
Order maintenance supplies as needed</li><li>
Follow safety protocols and attend required training</li><li>
Seasonal Pool maintenance and other operational tasks</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
2+ years of maintenance or related experience preferred</li><li>
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in various conditions (heights, tight spaces, weather)</li><li>
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook); RealPage experience a plus</li><li>
Trade school or industry certifications a plus</li><li>
Professional appearance and strong work ethic</li></ul></div>
