<div></div><div><i>Full time Co-Manager is accountable for managing all day to day operations of an individual store to achieve targeted productivity, sales and profitability (within approved merchandising and pricing policy). The Manager In Training also ensures customer service, store image, merchandise presentation and cost control in attainment of Company objectives. Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of store personnel are critical aspects of this position, as are monitoring merchandise needs and inventory levels via communication with the Merchandise Department.</i></div><br>

<div></div><div><b>Primary Accountabilities/Job Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li><i>Support the Store Manager in all in store operations to drive and exceed sales, service and profitability objectives</i></li>
<li><i>Training and developing staff to meet sales goals</i></li>
<li><i>Meet or exceed company objectives in all measurable areas of the business</i></li>
<li><i>Supervise all in-store operations to achieve sales, service and profitability objectives, maintaining shrinkage, and operating cost controls</i></li>
<li><i>Maintain scheduling, payroll/selling cost at or below the budget standards</i></li>
<li><i>Ensure the fiscal integrity of the store by accounting for all cash merchandise, and other store assets</i></li>
<li><i>Maintain strong product knowledge for use in selling, merchandising, and giving feedback as requested</i></li>
<li><i>Adhere to visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness</i></li>
<li><i>Provide consistent assessment of each associates sales performance and work within the store to give feedback on areas of strength and opportunities while keeping in line with Company objectives.
</i></li><li><i>Provide timely written associate evaluations</i></li>
<li><i>Responsible for setting up and executing all store events</i></li>
<li><i>Lead initiatives to give back to the local community</i></li>

<div></div><div><b>Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications</b></div>
<div></div><div>Ability to build and lead a team to make positive impacts on the business.</div>
<ul><li>Preferred 1-3 years of relevant experience.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Able to properly handle confidential and sensitive information.</li>
<li>Effective phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge with computers and other technology.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and planning skills.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively, in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Valid drivers license</li>
