Job Title: Sales Representative &ndash; Educational Toys ShopJob SummarySholex is #1 Educational Toys and Resources store in the UAE and GCC.We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our educational toys store in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be passionate about children&rsquo;s learning, possess strong sales abilities, and deliver an outstanding in-store and on-line customer experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner</li><li>Understand customer needs and recommend suitable educational toys and learning kits</li><li>Demonstrate product features and explain educational benefits clearly</li><li>Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets</li><li>Prepare sales orders and Process sales transactions accurately</li><li>Maintain store presentation, merchandising, and stock organization</li><li>Support inventory management and restocking activities</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally</li><li>Assist in promoting workshops, events, and new product launches</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Strong customer service and customer interface skills</li><li>Proven sales experience with the ability to close sales effectively</li><li>Good computer skills (POS systems, e-commerce, MS Office, basic graphic design, reporting)</li><li>Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented personality</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in an educational environment, kids club, learning center, or toy retail industry</li><li>Background in education, child development, or STEM-related products is an advantage</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Passionate about children&rsquo;s education and learning tools</li><li>Patient and approachable with children and parents</li><li>Organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
