Company: Shop Chat Portal LLC Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Seniority: Senior / Lead LevelAbout ShopChatShopChat is a UAE-based marketplace app that combines e-commerce, social commerce, merchant selling, competitions, rewards, product discovery, and in-app shopping in one platform.We are looking for a senior marketing professional to lead our marketing department and drive measurable growth across users, sales, merchants, and brand awareness.Role OverviewWe are hiring a Head of Marketing / Growth Marketing Lead to build and execute ShopChat&rsquo;s full marketing and growth strategy.This role is not limited to social media management. We need someone who can lead performance marketing, app growth, user acquisition, merchant acquisition, campaigns, content strategy, and data-driven growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and execute ShopChat&rsquo;s marketing and growth strategy.</li><li>Increase app downloads, registered users, active buyers, and first-time purchases.</li><li>Drive in-app sales, repeat purchases, and marketplace engagement.</li><li>Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.</li><li>Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, conversion rate, and retention.</li><li>Lead campaigns for competitions, rewards, flash sales, promotions, and new app features.</li><li>Develop merchant acquisition campaigns to attract and activate sellers on the platform.</li><li>Manage App Store Optimization for Google Play and Apple App Store.</li><li>Analyze the user journey and improve conversion across onboarding, product pages, cart, checkout, and payment.</li><li>Work with design, product, development, operations, and customer support teams.</li><li>Build weekly/monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations.</li><li>Manage internal team members, freelancers, agencies, influencers, and content creators when needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a senior marketing role.</li><li>Strong experience with mobile apps, e-commerce, marketplaces, or consumer digital platforms.</li><li>Hands-on experience with paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPI, LTV, retention, and funnel optimization.</li><li>Experience with user acquisition, first-purchase campaigns, retargeting, and lifecycle marketing.</li><li>Good understanding of ASO, CRO, influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital PR.</li><li>Ability to create and execute 30/60/90-day growth plans.</li><li>Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and project management skills.</li><li>Ability to work remotely with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in UAE, GCC, or MENA markets.</li><li>Experience with Arabic and English campaigns.</li><li>Experience with marketplace apps, shopping apps, reward apps, or social commerce platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with Firebase, GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools.</li><li>Experience with merchant/seller acquisition is a strong plus.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Remote work.</li><li>Senior leadership role in a growing UAE-based marketplace app.</li><li>Opportunity to build and lead the marketing department.</li><li>Direct involvement in growth strategy and business decisions.</li><li>Long-term career growth within ShopChat.</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease send your:<ul><li>Updated CV.</li><li>Portfolio or previous campaign examples.</li><li>Relevant case studies or performance results, if available.</li></ul>Application Email: jobs@shopchat.ae Website: https://shopchat.ae Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ae.shopchat.user&amp;pcampaignid=web_share App Store: https://apps.apple.com/ae/app/shopchat-app/id6759367735Work Location: Remote
