We work across retail, residential, commercial, and specialized segments, focusing on design, quality, and timely delivery.We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage our financial operations, ensure accuracy in records, and support the company&rsquo;s growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain accurate books of accounts (day-to-day accounting in Tally/Zoho Books/ERP).</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliation.</li><li>Prepare GST, TDS, PF, and ESI filings and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.</li><li>Manage payroll processing for factory workers and office staff.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks for financial matters.</li><li>Track cash flow, manage petty cash, and monitor expenses.</li><li>Assist management with budget planning, cost control, and MIS reports.</li><li>Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and inventory transactions.</li><li>Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for client payments.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of proven accounting experience (preferably in a manufacturing/contracting company).</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / Excel.</li><li>Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.</li><li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dhankot, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Account management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
