We are hiring Retail Sales Associates for our new designer luxury clothing store at Roosevelt Field Mall. We are looking for reliable and experienced team members who can create a great customer experience while driving sales.About the role:The Retail Sales Associate is a brand ambassador; responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets. This individual is a team player that delivers the highest standards of the Shop The Sample client experience.What you'll do:<ul><li>Represent Shop The Sample; be friendly, reliable, collaborative, and act with integrity as a representative of the brand.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent knowledge of available brands and general inventory.</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service to everyone that walks through our doors, ensuring that every client's needs are taken care of.</li><li>Be creative and entrepreneurial; make recommendations to management based on your observations and client experiences.</li><li>Make meaningful relationships with new clients by introducing the brand, getting to know them, and making recommendations based on their lifestyle.</li><li>Foster relationships with existing clients; continuously build upon your current relationships through various outreach initiatives.</li><li>Be a team player; collaborate with your peers and contribute to the overall success of the store.</li><li>Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales.</li><li>Support the management team with operational duties as needed.</li><li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of Retail Sales Experience.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.</li><li>Solutions based thinker with proactive behavior to back it.</li></ul>Pay Range:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour.
