Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery processes.</li><li>Manage and supervise teams including drivers, dispatchers, and support staff.</li><li>Develop and implement business strategies to increase performance and profitability.</li><li>Monitor KPIs, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction levels.</li><li>Handle client relationships and ensure service quality standards are met.</li><li>Manage budgeting, cost control, and operational planning.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for HR, finance, and logistics matters.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role in delivery/logistics companies.</li><li>Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and team management abilities.</li><li>Familiar with the UAE delivery market and last-mile operations.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Salary: Competitive package based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
