Job Title: LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist Location: On-site ( Green Acres Housing Society) Timing: 5pm-2amJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our Business Development team on a full-time onsite basis. This role focuses on executing a structured LinkedIn and email outreach strategy using a mix of automation tools and manual personalization to generate high-quality B2B leads and book appointments.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Execute daily LinkedIn outreach workflows as per SOP</li><li>Set up and manage automated connection requests using Linked Helper</li><li>Perform manual, personalized outreach to qualified prospects (job posts, comments, groups, 1st &amp; 2nd-degree connections)</li><li>Manage conversations, follow-ups, and share scheduling links (Calendly) when appropriate</li><li>Execute cold and warm email campaigns with custom messaging and follow-ups</li><li>Engage with LinkedIn content by posting, resharing, and leaving high-value comments</li><li>Track all outreach activities, responses, and booked calls in Google Sheets or CRM</li><li>Meet or exceed daily and weekly quotas for:</li><li>Messages &amp; follow-ups</li><li>Content engagement</li><li>Booked appointments</li></ul>Daily Performance Targets<ul><li>Total Touchpoints: 100+</li><li>Booked Appointments: Minimum 1 per day</li><li>Mix of automated connections, manual DMs, follow-ups, emails, posts, and comments</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation / outreach (B2B preferred)</li><li>Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator (mandatory)</li><li>Experience with Linked Helper or similar automation tools</li><li>Excellent written communication (personalized, value-driven, non-spammy)</li><li>Experience using Google Sheets, CRM tools, Calendly</li><li>Strong time management and ability to strictly follow SOPs and quotas</li><li>Understanding of LinkedIn best practices to avoid account restrictions</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Demonstrated track record of booking appointments via LinkedIn or outbound outreach</li><li>Ability to commute and work from the office daily</li><li>Willingness to attend weekly performance review and feedback sessions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
