The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete SEO strategies and collaborating with internal and international teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and client goalsConduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema, redirects, canonicals)Optimize on-page SEO elements, including content, metadata, internal linking, and keyword targetingManage off-page SEO and link-building strategies with a focus on quality and relevanceHandle local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization, citations, and reviewsPerform keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO opportunity analysisCollaborate with developers, content, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practicesCommunicate SEO strategies, updates, and results clearly in professional EnglishPrepare and present SEO performance reports and actionable insightsMonitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrushStay updated with search engine algorithm changes and SEO trendsMentor and guide junior SEO team members when requiredRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications3+ years of proven experience as an SEO professionalStrong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, local SEO &amp; AEO / GEOHands-on experience with WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, cPanel-based, and custom websitesSolid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript SEO fundamentalsProficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM)Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to explain SEO concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with international SEO or global clientseCommerce SEO experiencePrevious experience leading SEO projects or teamsWhat We OfferOpportunity to work with international clientsProfessional growth and leadership opportunitiesCompetitive compensation based on experienceCollaborative and performance-driven work environmentJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personWork Location: In person
