We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Junior Accountant to oversee and manage the company&rsquo;s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, review, and post journal entries, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial statements including Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.</li><li>Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).</li><li>Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.</li><li>Prepare tax calculations, assist in tax filings, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during internal and external audits.</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA Inter preferred).</li><li>Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis).</li><li>Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems) is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.</li><li>Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Market competitive salary.</li><li>Professional growth and leadership opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.</li><li>Collaborative and supportive work environment.</li></ul>Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
