TikTok Shop Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager with proven experience in TikTok Shop to join our growing team.The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts, a strong understanding of platform mechanics, and the ability to drive brand growth through effective strategies.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement brand growth strategies under the guidance of your Manager.</li><li>Manage and execute strategies for TikTok Shop Ads, promotions, and affiliate marketing.</li><li>Communicate with affiliates and build strong affiliate partnerships.</li><li>Handle platform operations (ungating restricted categories, resolving violations, etc.).</li><li>Regularly meet with your Manager to provide updates and communicate client requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to create effective ad creatives and assets.</li><li>Conduct account audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.</li><li>Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to Senior Management and clients.</li><li>Support in team management and cross-department coordination.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Minimum 1 year of proven experience working on TikTok Shop.
